Dr Aureliano Mateus is a Board Certified Orthopedic surgeon from Baja California. He began his medical degree from the UABC in Mexicali followed by working at IMSS General Hospital in Mexicali for his social service. After graduating and becoming a doctor, Dr Mateus persuited his Orthopedics & Traumatology Residency in Puebla Mexico at Hospital Universitario. Dr Mateus is now part of Dr Dario Garin’s team in Tijuana Mexico.

2022– Moved to Tijuana BC Mexico, Joined Grupo Angeles & Dr Dario Garin’s team.
Dr. Aureliano Mateus is a Young Orthopedic Surgeon that radicates in Tijuana BC Mexico. He is currently part of one of the most Elite Orthopedic Teams in Tijuana ( Dr Dario Garin ) who are performing surgeries on a daily basis. Dr. Mateus speaks fluent English, he is an alumni of La Jolla High School
Dr. Mateus grew up playing Tennis in tournaments both in California & Baja California as he moved between Mexico and the US during his childhood. Dr Mateus loves traveling with his wife and learn about other cultures. Dr Mateus enjoys learning about sports medicine, injuries, and the future of Orthopedics.
